| Another two points went down the drain tonight along with the torrential rain that blighted the whole night. Town's approach work was again excellent and Town were ahead early in the game through Steve Roberts (1-0). Many of the fans thought this was the game when our ailing strikers would come good, however it was not to be. Danny Hanafin missed from three yards out and that was the story of the night, yet again. The visitors forced an eqauliser from a set piece to give them an undeserved draw. Towns strike force will be bolstered by the return of Carl Chillingsworth and Gabriel Radu, but, unfortunately, in-form centre back Jason Newall was carried off with ligament damage and will be out for 4 weeks. |
