| This "Must Win Game" ended in a disasterous performance.
No guile ... No skill... No determination... No agression ... No desire. All of the previous descriptions applied today against a Washington side that has been battered out of site in their last five games. They have scratch side, no money and a dodgy future ... but they had BOTTLE, they wanted to win for their club, sadly many of Town's players didn't. The sad part is the visitors missed three sitters in the second half which should have made our embarassment even worse. Town hardly stretched the visitors keeper, only a crossbar strike late in the second half threatened his goal as Town's players spluttered their way through this pitifull performance. The writing is firmly on the wall for us now, WE NEED TO START PERFORMING ON A MATCH TO MATCH BASIS, THIS GOOD GAME, BAD GAME IS UNACCEPTABLE.
