| It's a good job I am not required to write a long report regarding this match as overall it was simply a non-event. Town had several first half chances before Charlton scored half way through the first half with a low shot that beat several goalmouth defenders. Town hardly had a shot in the second half, Chester equalised with 4 minutes left, after Town conceded a free kick on the edge of the area, Jacko was judged to have climbed on a forward. The reality was today that both teams had very little to play for and it showed. |
