| As expected this turned out to be a hard game for Town's
young squad, having said that neither side turned in anywere near a performnace that was deserving of praise.
Town struggled to create any meaningful chances other than a David Cooke shot that smashed against the bar and was cleared. Norton took the lead following a keeping error late in the first half, which was undeserved and Town went in 0-1 down. The manager read the riot act during the interval and this showed in a much better second half performance, and though Norton scored again Town did play a lot better and the 0-2 final score slightly flattered the visitors. So with the season now only one week away Andy Toman will spend this week finalising his plans for Tow Law. |
