| "Can we play you ever week" was the cry around Terriers tonight after Town went down 2-0 to the league's bottom side. Relegated Terriers have picked up 4 points from Town this season, this after an impressive run of results and some impressive performances. Nobody stood out today, Town had plenty of the play but couldn't find a way through. Teriers second was a penalty after Swally had fouled in the box. Terriers first goal would not have been given by some officials as it looked liked the keeper was fouled. No complaints about the pen. The pitch was more like a basketball court and didn't suit our normal passing game. The Terriers keeper made one of the saves of the season at the end of the first half when Colin Anderson was denied by a great double save. Terriers just soaked up the pressure in the second half and hit us on the break and missed several good chances to score further goals. |
